Welcome to the new OnlineDegreeReviews.org Blog. I had a blog before, but when I changed servers a while back it got lost, and, well…I wasn’t updating it anyway.

So, what’s changed? I have a lot of exciting new things planned for OnlineDegreeReviews.org over the next few months. And I thought a blog would be a good way to talk with you and most importantly get your feedback.

To start, the comment system has been overhauled so it’s easier for you to post and follow conversations. The the amount of spam should also be reduced. It’s in its final stage of development and testing and should be ready soon. It’s now live! Don’t worry, all the existing comments have been imported into the new system so nothing was lost. If you have any suggestions for features you’d like to see please either comment below or suggest it at http://feedback.onlinedegreereviews.org

Next up, the design is going to get a face-lift to freshen things up a bit. The site logo and graphics date back to 2006 and were created by me (graphics design is not my strength). I plan to keep things simple and as always, focus on the content.

And more surprises! One is a free give-away that I’m really excited about.

If you have any suggestions for changes to the website please contact me directly, comment on this post, or post your suggestions at http://feedback.onlinedegreereviews.org By the way, this is a cool tool where you can see other people’s suggestions and vote on the ones you like the best. The top ranked suggestions will get implemented on the website.

One of the main things I want to do a better job with is talking with you. More specifically I want to listen to you better – to find out how I can make the website more useful for you, and what services or information will help you.

If you are on the email list, you know that I recently did a survey to find out what the biggest challenges people face in finding an online degree. Thanks again to everyone that filled out the survey. I got a lot of great insight and I’m using that to create a new product that I hope is going to help people a lot. For those that did the survey you’re going to get a free copy once it’s ready.

To stay in contact I’ve setup a Twitter account @DegreeReviews. Feel free to follow me and say ‘hi’. I will also be using this blog (so subscribe to the RSS feed) and I will be emailing newsletters about once a month. If you’re not already on the list you can sign-up on the right and get a free copy of my ebook “Online Degree Secrets.”

Stay tuned for more updates!
